Danielle's practice includes employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues and employment contract disputes. She represents both employees and employers, seeking first to avoid disputes but resolve them amicably and quickly when they do arise. Danielle's work with employers focuses on advising them pre-litigation (through drafting and revising employment handbooks and other personnel policies, and counseling them through reductions in force or lay-offs) and representing them in litigation. Her work with employees focuses on reviewing employment contracts and severance agreements, negotiating pre-litigation settlements and, when necessary, representing client in litigation.

Prior to joining the Nelson Law Group, Danielle worked for the in-house legal department of a national medical company as a paralegal focusing on labor and employment, contract negotiations and medical malpractice. Danielle enjoys volunteering in her free time, in both the legal and non-legal communities.
