With nearly 20 years of experience in employment law in the San Francisco Bay Area, I understand the needs of clients and have guided them through issues such as discrimination, sex harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, employee separation and severance situations, breach of contract and commission disputes, unpaid overtime, and trade secret and nondisclosure issues.
